Product Return Policy
- We accept returns and refund for our products within a 7-day period, provided that the items being returned are in new, untempered and unused condition.
- Kindly note that our liquid items fall under the category of personal protective and hygiene products. Therefore, they are not eligible for returns.
- Please note that when returning products purchased as part of our 'buy 2 get 1' offer or other similar offer, a refund will only be issued if at least two products are returned. If the entire order is not returned, the products will be charged at their original price (MRP)
Return Policy For Healing Roll Ons
We stand behind the effectiveness of our healing roll-ons. If you find that the roll-on has not provided the desired results and you have used up to 50 percent of the product, we offer a return and refund option.
To initiate a return and refund:
- Please ensure that you have used no more than 50 percent of the healing roll-on.
- Contact our customer support within 30 days of your original purchase date.
- Provide proof of purchase and a brief explanation of your experience.

Refund Policy
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Your refund will be initiated within 48-72 working hours of receiving the refund request and authorization of the refund.
- Your refund is estimated to be credited in the account, between 4-8 days after initiating the refund. Please note that the timing of the actual account credit depends on multiple external agencies such as banks, payment gateways.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping Policy
- Blue Tree Aroma will not charge for replacements if wrong products (incomplete sets/ incorrect style/wrong/damaged products) are received by the customer.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchange Policy
- If you claim a leakage in the product or if it was damaged during the delivery process please inform us within48 hours of delivery. We will issue a product exchange for any product that is returned in a saleable and undamaged condition, in its original packaging and can be verified to be damaged/faulty. Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your package, for your exchange request to be fully processed and closed.

You will be notified if any part or the entirety of your order is canceled, or if supplementary information is essential for order acceptance. In the event that your order is canceled subsequent to credit/debit card charges, the corresponding amount will be reimbursed to your Card Account within 15 days or the following billing cycle of your credit card.
