Blue Tree Aroma HVAC essential oil diffuser is a metal body with acrylic touch-screen panel, with desktop or HVAC Connection for 15000 sqfts space. It’s with strict production process, elegant appearance, and built in long lifespan air motor which ensure a sustained and stable output for the product.
The red button controls built-in fan to speed up the aroma diffusion in space when do not connect to AC.
Each machine has equipped with one empty 500ml aluminum bottle to refill aroma oil. Simple, convenient and flexible mode of operation will bring our clients a smooth experience during using. Adopting cold mist fluid dynamics & siphon principle, which is combined high-tech quality and patented technology of micron atomization makes the aroma spread quickly in the interior space.

Maintenance
In order to ensure the best diffusing effect of oil diffuser machine, please check and maintain the device regularly as the following steps.
1. Unlock the door and take out oil canister which is spent.
2. Fill some cleanser into the canister and clean it.
3. Install the canister on the device filling with alcohol and make the device stay in working status for 5-10 minutes.
4. Turn off the power when finishing cleaning.
5. Take out the canister and fill fragrance oil into it again and install on the device, then lock the cover to finish the maintenance process.
Warranty terms
Warranty is one year upon buyer’s receipt of oil diffuser machine.
* Include: Pump, PCB plate, inside wire.
* Exclude: atomizer, atomizer core, seal ring, whole shell and other damages which caused by human or their wrong behavior.
* If any unfortunate quality issue within warranty period, please provide detailed information for us to evaluate the issue(some issues can be solved by remote guidance without replacement).
* If we confirmed the issue which only can be fixed by replacement, we will provide corresponding spare parts for FREE and maintain video.
FAQ
Q: Am I able to refill essential oil to this oil diffuser machine?
A: Yes, you can refill the bottle when the essential runs out, and alcohol for clean maintaining.
Q: How can I adjust the flavor concentration of scent ?
A: You can set the work time of the machine to manage the flavor concentration, like work for 30 secs, off for 30 secs, or work for 30 secs, off for 60 secs, etc .
Q: How can I lock the program?
A: Press UP and DOWN buttons simultaneously for 10 seconds to lock & unlock the programme.
Q: What’s the material of this oil diffuser machine?
A: It's aluminium alloy outer shell and acrylic front cover, for its good look, and to protect the shell from damage by oil.
Q: Will it come with the retail box?
A: Yes, we will send it with the retail box in blank (without any logo on it).
Shipping & Returns
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
